Our Story
After hearing the stories from friends about how they've been taken advantage of and deceived by other property companies, Dave Wolf and Samantha Tsang decided to pursue their already budding interest in property management. With this vision in mind, Priority Villa Management was founded.
The Priority mission is be honest, transparent, and do what is best for both you and your guests. Priority constantly is evolving and adapting to meet clients' needs.

David Wolf
Property Manager
David has been a successful small business owner in the automative industry for over 25 years where he has garnered a reptutation for integrity and efficiency. Dave resides in the Central Florida area with his wife. When he is not working, Dave can be found working on his current car project or lounging by the pool.
Samantha Tsang
Property Manager
Samantha was born and raised in the northwest of England. She moved to the United States when she was a teenager, and she then assisted her father doing pool maintenance. Property management is nothing new to her as the house they resided in upon moving was first a vacation property rental. She now lives with her husband and children in the Central Florida area where she can be found at Disney, trying out new recipes, or pursuing her passion of interior design.
